1. General Seva (Service) Agreement

1.1 Nature of Service: We operate as a seva (selfless service) platform to facilitate the distribution of sacred relics and the performance of devotional services (like Bhandara) on behalf of devotees worldwide. All items, including Vrindavan Raj and procured artifacts, are offered with devotional sentiment, not as commercial goods.

1.2 Eligibility: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site with the consent of a parent or guardian.

1.3 Modification: We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted here.

2. Sacred Offerings and Procurement

2.1 Vrindavan Raj: We guarantee that the sacred dust (Raj) is sourced from consecrated areas in Braj Bhoomi and is handled with devotional purity (shuddhi) by resident Brajwasis. Due to the spiritual nature, the Raj is not covered by standard consumer guarantees for commercial products.

2.2 Bhandara Representative Seva: Delegation: When you pay for a Bhandara or seva, you are delegating the responsibility of arrangement and performance to us in Vrindavan. Transparency: We commit to providing video confirmation (live or recorded) of the performed service. * Completion: The seva is considered fully rendered and accepted upon the successful distribution of Prasad or completion of the service.

2.3 Artifact Sourcing: Our service involves acting as your representative to personally select and purchase authentic items from local Vrindavan sources based on your request. We are not the manufacturers of these items.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

3.1 Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or your local currency equivalent and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Payment Gateway: We utilize secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or sensitive financial information.

3.3 Service Charges: The minimal cost associated with our offerings covers the sustained effort of our seva—including sourcing, purification, meticulous packaging, labor, and logistics.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

4.1 Risk Transfer: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the international shipping carrier.

4.2 Customs and Duties: You are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, tariffs, or import restrictions imposed by your country upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4.3 Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will require you to pay a secondary shipping fee for re-shipment.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

5.1 Spiritual Efficacy: We make no claims or guarantees regarding the spiritual efficacy or results from using the Vrindavan Raj or participating in our services. All devotional results depend purely on the faith and bhava (sentiment) of the devotee.

5.2 Liability Limit: In no event shall Vrindavan Raj, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the inability to use the product.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of our service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be pursued in the courts located in Vrindavan or the jurisdiction of its residence.
