Vrindavan Raj - Refund and Return Policy

Due to the sacred and personal nature of our devotional offerings, our policies are designed to uphold the shuddhi (purity) of the items sourced from Braj. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

1. General Policy: Non-Returnable Items 1.1 Sacred Sanctity: All items, including Vrindavan Raj (sacred dust), edible Prasad (like Peda), and items custom-sourced for Shri Krishna swarups, are considered consecrated and non-returnable. Once an item has left our custody in Vrindavan, we cannot accept it back to ensure its spiritual purity.

1.2 Bhandara and Seva Services: Payments for devotional services, such as Bhandara or custom seva, are considered donations for service rendered and are non-refundable once the preparations (e.g., buying grains, flowers, etc.) have begun.

2. Exceptions: Damage in Transit Only. We take utmost care in packaging, but if your item is physically damaged during shipping, we will ensure it is resolved.

2.1 Reporting Damage: You must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on the courier's tracking system.

2.2 Required Proof: To process an exception, you must provide clear photographic evidence, which includes: A photograph of the damaged outer packaging/shipping box. A photograph of the damaged item inside the box.

2.3 Remedy: Upon verification of shipping damage, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion: Replacement: We will ship a replacement item free of charge (subject to availability). Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the damaged item(s).

3. Order Cancellation 3.1 Physical Goods: Orders for physical items can be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is made before the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated.

3.2 Bhandara/Seva: Seva requests may be cancelled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date (or before procurement of materials begins, whichever comes first).

4. Refund Processing 4.1 Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

4.2 Timing: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or payment account after our team has sent the refund confirmation.
